The "Cisco Meeting App Screen Sharing Extension" enables users to share their screens during a meeting. When you click on the "share" icon during a meeting, you will be prompted to enable this extension. Follow the instructions on screen to enable the extension. Alternatively, you can enable this by clicking on the menu option: More tools > Extensions.

|Apple Safari for macOS||11.1 or later||Apple Mac computers running macOS version 10.11.x||Safari is only supported on macOS and not in mobile iOS devices (phones and tablets). You cannot share you screen from the app from Safari, this is a limitation of the browser. However, you can still receive presentation if content is shared by other participants in the meeting.|

Guest users can be sent a web link via a "Web Bridge" URL which displays a "guest" login page. After they enter their name, the action taken is based on the platform and/or browser they are using. For more information, refer to How can guests join a call/meeting?
Browsers not supported for WebRTC app will be able to launch the Cisco Meeting App (if installed) on Windows, macOS or iOS platforms for joining a meeting. The following browsers have been tested for guest joining. We always recommend using the latest versions of browsers:
- Microsoft Edge on Windows 7 and 10
- Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 7 and 10
