Why don't I hear anything when I receive a call or a message?

Check your app settings

You can only hear your ring tone or other sounds if you have enabled notification sounds in your app:

  1. Select App settings button.
  2. Select More settings.
  3. In the Preferences view, select the notification sounds you want.

For Windows users: Check your Windows notification settings

Your Windows app notification settings overrule the settings in your Cisco Meeting app. To hear notifications from your Cisco Meeting app, you need to enable notifications both in the Cisco Meeting app and in Windows.
