I know a participant is active in a call, but I cannot see the participant in the meeting details. What can I check?

Check if the participant is listed by the video address, rather than the name.

Also, check if the meeting is dual homed. If the participant is hosted on the AVMCU, then Meeting Management cannot display the participant.

Finally, check that all Call Bridges in the cluster are added. If one has been removed, you may see the meeting listed in Meeting Management, but participants whose calls are hosted on the removed Call Bridge cannot be seen.
